This program aims to:
- Improve the motivation and self-promotion skills of women and underrepresented groups
- Change social perceptions and refresh the conversation around self-promotion
Many organizations are investing in programs to advance diversity. However, women in upper-level roles are still significantly underrepresented. One of the big challenges women face when tackling this gap is practicing self-promotion – or vocally expressing their achievements in a working environment.
