Conference Information
The 2012 Conference "Tool Up to Succeed" will be held at
Cumberland University on October 11-12. Dr. Belle Weelan,
President of SACS-COC, will be the keynote speaker at the
Friday luncheon.
Two Board Positions Available
President-Elect
The WHET Board position of President-elect (for description
of position see WHET By-laws) is open to complete the
2011-2012 year - 2012-13 year. The Board suspended
by-laws to accommodate this unusual vacancy and to
facilitate the opportunity for the new board member to
become better acquainted with the WHET board and WHET
operation before hosting the annual conference. Any
interested individuals can email Dr. Lisa Cobb with her
interest and Dr. Cobb will develop an electronic ballot.
Deadline for nominations is March 1.
Membership Coordinator
The WHET Board position of Membership Coordinator (for
description of position see WHET By-laws) is open. Any
interested individuals can e-mail Dr. Lisa Cobb with her

WHET Professional Development Coordinator is planning two
Professional Development Webinars and two networking
