Process financial aid documentation; furnish information and answer questions regarding financial
aid; provide technical support to the Financial Aid office in terms of report writing, web page
maintenance and data extraction for automated phone calls.
Bachelor’s degree; one year of work experience to include either higher education experience and/or
financial aid/business-related experience; one year experience in the use of computers and related
software.
