      Mileage Reimbursements from 1-31-14 meeting- $563.43
      Lunch reimbursement from 1-31-13 meeting- $191.56
      Administrative supplies reimbursement- $23.19
    2. Check deposits– Total $150
      Middle TN Regional Conference registration fees (checks)- $80
      Membership fees (checks)- $70
    3. Institutional paid dues according to Treasurer records as 2/25/14 1) TCAT- Newbern, 2) TN Technical University, 3) Cumberland University, 4) Belmont University, 5) Motlow State Community College, 6) Univ. TN Space Institute, 7) Columbia State Community College, 8) Pellissippi State Community College, 9) Cleveland State Community College, 10) TN Board of Regents, 11) University of Memphis, 12) Vanderbilt University 13) Volunteer State Community College, 14) Middle TN State University
    4. Once access is granted by the bank to the Treasurer, the February report will be to emailed to board for final review
    5. Charge by the President Winn- Budget and Membership committees to propose an amendment to the existing bylaw and establish a new effective period for membership dues; If effective date is approved for membership dues during annual business meeting, information will publish on WHET’s website
    6. Budget requests:
    1. Next board meeting- propose annual budget for review and approval.
    2. Motion to accept the verbal treasurer report

      whettn.org- domain name has been released/transferred from Yahoo host into Blue Host as of 2/25/14

    1. Recommendation to amend bylaw by President Winn- Regarding technology access within WHET membership and to include protocol to revoke and transition all technological access to appropriate board members

    2. WHET Day on the Hill and mini conference- Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
      Governors Initiative-‘Drive to 55’
      Focus on concerns for women in higher education
      Estimate ten board members to attend/participate

      Questions are deemed relevant to Commissioner Rebecca Hunter, area of Department of Human Resources

      Henrietta will bring together eleven women from TCAT
      Patricia look to recruit UT participation and formation of regional chapters
    2. President recommendation- bylaw proposal WHET President serve for two years
